Emerging Perspectives acknowledges that conflict and struggle are sometimes
the earliest expressions of the movement of creative energy rather than an indication of
something negative to be avoided or eradicated. This process approach identifies and
facilitates the expression of this creative energy in a manner that allows a natural
resolution to evolve. In this way the process differs from the more traditional
