Emerging Perspectives, a consultation and training service, utilizes a multidimensional process approach to address issues essential to the vitality of an Organization. This process approach accesses the deepest life energies within the individual and organization to promote creative change.

Judy has spent over 20 years in the field of Human Systems Growth and Development. She received her master's degree in counseling from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland in l976. Since then her life and work has increasingly been committed to enabling individuals, couples and organizations to access the life energies within and around them to achieve the fullest potential. Judy specializes in the use of image and metaphor to facilitate both awareness and articulation of this potential.

Judy draws upon her experience and training in the field of depth psychology combined with her human relationship skill to develop a process designed to address the unique situation of the persons and groups she serves. Emerging Perspectives acknowledges that conflict and struggle are sometimes the earliest expressions of the movement of creative energy rather than an indication of something negative to be avoided or eradicated. This process approach identifies and facilitates the expression of this creative energy in a manner that allows a natural resolution to evolve. In this way the process differs from the more traditional "problem solving " approach. The dynamic and flexible nature of this process allows for its application to many areas and situations in organizational life.
